Pador, Ter’Ciel

One of the first cities to be established in Ter’Ciel, digging beneath the hard mountain into the silent caves beneath. It has a healthy trade with Manberg in Escher, and Comolor and Ceylon in Ter’Ciel.

The home for most of the other religions of Neon, centering around the other angels who protected mankind as they traveled to Barbaria. Sited between Tekas and Stoci on the border of Theon, Palmeria is the smallest of these three, yet still commands a vast plain of lands. (More...)

A large city near to Stoci, trading mainly with Smoli for various goods. The main church of the city is Barbelo, which centers around an Angel from the War of Mages.
Pheas,
Pheas, Palmeria
Population: 63,781 (Est. 2955 YA)
The main seat of worship for Armatt, who protected the forefathers of the city as they traveled to Barbaria and then fled at shame for her part in the War of Mages. It lies close to Theon, trading with the small communities that lie scattered across the plains.
